DIGITAL ENHANCEMENT OF CULTURAL HERITAGE AND CULTURAL TOUR IN CENTRAL MACEDONIA – CULTMACEDONIA

NSRF 2007-2013, General secretariat of Research and TechnologyThis project aimed at the development of an innovative information tool on the field of Culture and Tourism, bearing the name “CultMacedonia”. Through the novel tool, that includes a portal and mobile App, visitors and locals are given the opportunity to gain knowledge on the most important monuments of Central Macedonia. This is a “digital walk” in archaeological/cultural sites and monuments, through the application of modern information technologies.
