The Career ROCKET project aims to enhance the capacity of teachers and educators to mainstream gender in the entire school curricula and place gender at the core of citizenship education. Through the development and testing of guides and training material for teachers, educators and students, the project intends to increase awareness regarding gender stereotypes and traditional gender roles, and their negative impact on personal and professional development. In the long term, schools will increase their capacity to develop and implement policies on gender equality sustained with relevant mechanisms and activities.
