Erasmus+ KA3 Social inclusion and common values: the contribution in the field of education, training and youth
The objective of the SMILE Project is to transfer and scale up the application of a good practice developed, piloted and successfully applied by the leading partner in Bulgaria. The Model for Systemic Approach to Create Inclusive School Environment and its main instruments (Guidelines for application of the Model, Self-assessment tool and E-learning course on building inclusive school environment through the application of the principles and approaches of the Model) provide an innovative whole school approach for transforming the environment in four areas of school development crucial for inclusion.
