four ELEMENTS staff has advanced degrees and many years of working experience in the organization’s focus areas, thus consisting of sociologists, psychologists, economists, political scientists, specialists in education and engineers. Being dynamic, highly motivated and experienced, four ELEMENTS staff operates in various national and local contexts as well as in European and international levels. In addition to the permanent staff, the organisation cooperates with external experts and academic institutions on a regular basis for projects and training programmes.

Since its establishment four ELEMENTS has undertaken numerous projects and programmes, many in collaboration with large well-established organizations both in Greece and abroad, targeting the following societal groups:
At Four Elements, our team of project managers (PMs) is at the heart of the impactful projects across a wide array of sectors. With expertise in managing both European and national projects, including Erasmus+, the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), and the Rights, Equality and Citizenship (REC) program, our PMs are adept at turning innovative ideas into reality. Their skill set is across various fields, from environmental conservation and education to technology and social inclusion, so our projects are delivered successfully and sustainably. For instance, many of our project managers lead groundbreaking Erasmus+ project aimed at enhancing digital literacy among the older generation in rural areas, showcasing our commitment to educational advancement and technological inclusiveness.
Our consultancy services at Four Elements are designed to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique needs of each project. Our team of consultants specializes in strategic planning, project development, evaluation, and sustainability strategies, ensuring that the beneficiary’s attempt is a success today but continues to impact positively in the future. A standout example includes our consultancy work for national projects focused on the development of an integrated educational tourism product for young people aged 16-25 years old. Through detailed analysis and strategic guidance, we helped streamline the implementation process, resulting in a significant increase in improving the attractiveness of areas of natural and cultural interest.
The IT team at Four Elements is dedicated to leveraging technology to support education and innovation. We specialize in creating dynamic websites for project dissemination, developing versatile learning platforms, and Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) — online spaces that facilitate digital learning and teaching activities. Our expertise also extends to Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), offering accessible education to a global audience. Additionally, we provide cutting-edge IT support services, including seminars and workshops conducted online, to empower individuals and organizations in using technology effectively. An example of our innovative work includes the development of a VLE for ACT New Home, a European project aimed at enhancing the knowledge of responsibilites and rights among migrants, following our commitment to social work, and educational technology solutions.
Our volunteers at Four Elements play a crucial role in supporting our mission through their diverse skills and professional backgrounds. Each volunteer is legally registered, so that their contributions are recognized and valued within our organization, aligning with our commitment to professionalism and transparency within our operations.
They contribute across different domains, such as project awareness raising campaigns, logistical duties, and dissemination efforts helping us to achieve our mission effectively. From assisting in environmental initiatives, to providing support in organizing events, our volunteers engage in activities in social activities and initiatives.
