The subject of this action is the activation and mobilization of local actors in order to ensure job creation for unemployed vulnerable social groups, regarding specific local needs diagnosis, and enhancement of development opportunities in the areas of intervention.
Actions focus in the prevention of unemployment and include all necessary steps, from the selection process of unemployed people, the confirmation of job creation and the confirmation of job holding at least for three months. The operational actions are carried out focusing on local labor markets, supporting the beneficiaries, the enterprises and matching local needs and demands. Emphasis is given not only to serve the needs of existing local business community, but also to extend this through the support and assistance of young entrepreneurs on developing emerging fields of sustainable businesses.
